Talking about motivation and how it often comes AFTER we take action.

Also motivation persists the more we have other people who inspire and support us. Because there will be days when we do not feel like doing things and we need people around us to keep us committed to our goals.

This is true for fitness and for any other goals or aspirations that you may have. So make sure you have the right people to support you and when you least feel like it, take action, no matter how small!
